With a background in broadcasting, my voice has been described in a number of ways - down-to-earth, confident and sincere are just a few. It's a stylish, educated and natural British voice - and it's certainly versatile: recent jobs have included a commercial using a Cockney accent, a podcast intro, an e-learning module, a training video, a telephone answering system and reading extracts from Conde Nast Traveler magazine for a new mobile phone app. I am also a regular presenter on AgeUK's The Wireless radio station. All of which means that my voice works well in many settings, from commercials and promos to training, e-learning and IVRs. Not to mention radio, documentaries, videos and audiobooks!
